Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Times We ship from our fulfillment warehouse. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 5–11 business days
- Canada & UK: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Customs, Duties & Taxes ZenithPack ships internationally from China. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.
